This is a recreation of a victorian town‚ consisting of a pub‚ chemist‚ bakers‚ foundry‚ cottages‚ doctors‚ etc. It seemed to us to be very authentic and had people working in the various places dressed in period costume. If you wish you have the option of paying for things using old money (exchanged at the bank). The food at the pavillion was very nice and fairly priced. Another great feature of this day is that the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for a great day out for all ages.
