Ive been attending the sessions for 7 months now and its brilliant‚Instructor Mr Andy Addis is third dan black belt so his Knowledge of the art is outstanding‚He also teaches a lot of self defence and ground fighting.Theres probably about 25 students at the moment ranging from yellow tags to black‚All of the senior students are very helpful and encouraging.The sessions are on a Tuesday 6.30pm-7.30pm & Friday 6.30-7.30and if your really feeling fit 7.30-8.30 only on Friday's.Come along and enjoy the fun!!!
